Our residential design/built journey can be traced as far back as the late 90s, but TKS Studio was established in 2018 by Jose Sanchez. After leading a project manager position from 2012 to 2017 at a custom home builder firm, Jose decided to open a small studio focused on designing remodels and additions. Since the establishment of our studio, we have been helping our clients increase, modernize, personalize, and efficiently structure their homes. Our approach to each unique home project has separated us from your average home remodeler or residential contractor.

Since the studio’s inception our MISSION has always been to design and build with integrity, commitment, passion, and stewardship. We shepherd each and every one of our projects from the design concept to the final nail, final trim, and final paint coat. Our design/built methodology guarantees a satisfying and successful project for both our team and your family.
